Sky Broadband is now available to the vast majority of homes in Ireland . You don’t need to get Sky TV – all you need is a phone line . Sky use telephone lines to provide DSL broadband to  homes in the same way as Eir and Vodafone.

You can get a basic bundle from Sky of unlimited broadband  plus “freetime”   free off peak calls to landlines in Ireland : Cost €45 per month

The best bundle from Sky is the Anytime phone package alongside the unlimited broadband for €52.50.  It includes free calls to landlines any time of the day or week  in Ireland and 20 other countries.
An equivalent bundle from Eir (without the free international calls) would cost €70 a month. But it does include calls to UK landlines and calls to mobiles in Ireland.

Sky broadband is available in Dublin, Cork , Galway , Limerick , Clare , Kerry , Donegal , Wexford, Wicklow , Roscommon , Mayo , Cavan – all 26 counties.
It comes with a free wireless modem too.
